"What is my reaction time compared to the world champion?"
Compare your data with the best in the world, and your team mates. Have benchmarks to strive towards.
"Am I peaking, plateauing or declining for my next competition?"
See if your stamina, reaction and power are on the incline or decline and adjust your game accordingly
"Am I back at 100% from my injury?"
If you have a baseline for your reaction, stamina and power before an injury, you can use this information to determine how close you are to being back at 100%
WHAT GETS MEASURED GETS IMPROVED
Game 6 (reflex) game measures your reaction time. Lights flash and you have to hit the chestguard right away. The time between the stimulus(the flashing lights) and your strike is your reaction time. Reaction time is extremely important for combat sports, the quicker you respond the more likely your strike will connect.
Game 8 (Heartbeat) measures a player’s stamina. Stamina is power sustained over time. If you hit the same amount of power in the start of the first round as you do at the end of the third round - you have great stamina. The better your stamina, the higher chances of winning.
Game 10 (Hit Meter) game measures your power. Players can see how effective each of their techniques are with respect to power. You can train to increase it, or control it.
Game 1 (Energy Scoring) is “In Game Reality” and our flagship game. We will provide you with data that helps analyze your match performance and give you insights on your strengths and weaknesses to make your students into better fighters.
